Say Hello to the New Leader of SUV Performance

Despite being among the most awarded models in our inventory, the Jeep Grand Cherokee refuses to be a model that calls in its performance each year. As a result, the Jeep brand just revealed the all-new Grand Cherokee Trackhawk, the latest top-tier trim for SUV owners in the greater Greenville area. With a promised 707-horsepower and 645 pound-feet of torque from a 62.-liter supercharged V8 engine, the Trackhawk can go from 0-60 in 3.5 seconds, a quarter mile in 11.6 seconds and an impressive top speed of 180 mph, all without breaking a sweat!

“Long recognized as the full-size SUV capability leader, Jeep Grand Cherokee is now the most powerful and quickest SUV as well, with the introduction of our new 707-horsepower Trackhawk,” said Mike Manley, Head of Jeep Brand – FCA Global. “The new Grand Cherokee Trackhawk delivers astounding performance numbers, backed by renowned SRT engineering that combines world-class on-road driving dynamics with luxury, refinement and an array of innovative advanced technology.”

While there are plenty of drivers who use the Grand Cherokee as a champion of SUV utility, this all-new trim level is certainly going to inspire Jeep owners new and old to consider the power at their disposal. With an arrival date slated for the fourth quarter of 2017, it won't be long before we're able to provide this powerful model to our customers.
